The Falkland Islands are in the South Atlantic Ocean, approximately 300 miles east of the coast of Argentina. The time zone of the Falkland Islands is Atlantic Time Zone (UTC-4) and hence, they are 3 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time (PST), 1 hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST) and 4 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Additionally, the Falkland Islands do not practice Daylight Saving Time. This means that they remain the same time all year round.
